Model Overview:

Toyota updated the Celica in late 1983 for a special ‘Australia only’ model called the SA63 XT.

Featuring updates such as fully retractable headlights, redesigned grille, new air dam and revised tail lights, the Toyota Team in Japan didn’t stop there. This particular model has the true sports car Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) which was only offered in Australia during late 1983 – 1984.

Vehicle:

Most possibly the Best or most Original SA63 XT Celica in the World.

Showing 89,324 Klm’s since new with full service books and history from new, this 5 Speed manual Celica is presented in stunning condition. Hard to fault Paintwork and Interior, this car is in simply amazing condition.

Mechanical:

Powered by the Toyota 2S-C engine mated to the a nice shifting 5 Speed manual gearbox for a pleasurable and sporty rear wheel drive experience. Fully serviced and drives beautifully. Air conditioning and Power Steering.

6.5% of Winning Bid Amount. (GST Inc.) Debited from Auction Winning Bidders Bank Card.
Example: $50,000 Winning Bid + Buyers Premium $3,250 (6.5%) = $53,250 AUD Total Amount.

Bidding:

Register to Bid.
If Reserve Price is Met, a yellow banner will say “Reserve Met”.
Bidding is in $250 Increments. Our system will extend the Auction by 2 Minutes if a bid is placed within 2 minutes of Auction End.
We use an Autobid system. Place your highest bid & Autobid will increase your bid by $250 increments up to your highest bid amount, ONLY if another bidder is competing with you & bids up to that amount. In the case of a tie bid, precedence is given to the earliest bid. If the Reserve Price is not met, the highest bidder has first right to negotiate purchase.

Conditions of Sale:

Vehicle information is provided to us by the Vendor. Each Vehicle is to be personally verified by the Bidder, for its Condition & Authenticity. The Chicane team check-over the vehicles for internal checks & auction suitability only, not of a qualified inspector, mechanic or other professional.  Classic Cars can have many unseen flaws & Odometer readings can be incorrect.  We Highly advise to inspect any Vehicle before bidding, as Items are sold as is, without cooling off period under Victorian LMCT Auction Guidelines.
