The Shelby Daytona Coupe was designed to give the AC Cobra the aerodynamic speed needed to challenge Ferrari on the worlds fastest circuits.  The Daytona Coupe won the 1965 FIA GT Class World Sportscar Championship, ending Ferrari's dominance. With victories including Le Mans 24 hour, 24H Daytona and Nurburgring 1000, the Shelby Daytona became a legend with only 6 cars ever built.
